Annual Meetings

An annual meeting of the Members is held the 2nd Tuesday in June every year. At the Annual meeting, the election for Board of Directors is held.  Prior to this meeting a notice is sent by mail to every homeowner.

Board of Director Meetings

The Board of Directors meetings are held at the Community Clubhouse every Tuesday at 6:30PM. If there are no topics to discuss, the meetings are canceled.

HOA Member Meetings

Meetings of the Members are held at the Community Clubhouse the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00PM.  An open forum is usually held at the beginning of the meeting to allow Members a chance to voice their opinions, concerns, or anything else on their minds.
