- Reserved use of the Clubhouse does not include the reserved community pool area.
- Noise shall be kept at a minimum so as not to disturb the residents in the immediate area.
- The Clubhouse shall not be used for any commercial enterprise purposes whatsoever.
- Kitchen appliances shall be cleaned after use.
- Trash shall not be placed in poolside trash receptacles and shall be removed by Renter.
- Doors and windows must be closed by 9PM, regardless of day, as the alarm will sound.
- Homeowner shall be responsible for any and all direct or indirect damage or loss.
- Clubhouse activity is monitored and recorded (Note: Do not do anything you would not want to be caught on tape doing).
Hours of Use:
- Sunday-Thurday: 9am-9pm
- Friday-Saturday: 9am-11pm
- Major Holiday: 9am-midnight (1:30am on Jan 1st)
The “Damage and Cleaning” deposit may be refunded, in part or in whole, once verification is made that no damage has been caused and that the Clubhouse is clean and free of litter, trash, and debris.
Use of the Annandale Clubhouse is subject to the Association’s CC&R’s, current Rules and Regulations, and the terms and conditions set forth herein, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Upon acceptance, this application will become an enforceable agreement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Rental Fee (nonrefundable): $150.00*
Refundable Damage and Cleaning Deposit: $500.00
Homeowner Certificate of Insurance
(Insurance Certificate must name “Annandale” as Additionally Insured)
*The “Rental Fee” may be waived once per calendar year.
Parking
Parking on Conejo View Drive requires a permit for both residents and guests between 7:00am and 4:00pm on school days.
Without a proper permit, your car will receive a ticket by the City of Agoura Hills.
Please contact the City of Agoura Hills to obtain up to 4 permits.
Parking at Annandale Townhouses
Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for more information on parking.
All vehicles must follow state and local vehicle codes.
Owned Parking Spaces
Each unit is owns one parking space and have ID numbers such as 91-1 and 61-7. These numbers are painted onto the parking abutment. Owned parking spaces are fixed and unchangeable.
Rental Parking Spaces
Rental parking spaces are those that have IDs beginning with R. An example of a rental space ID is R141.
Please contact Lordon Management to rent a parking space.
Disabled Parking
Unauthorized vehicles not displaying distinguishing license plates or placards issued to disabled persons will be towed away at owners expense.
Towing
Any vehicle in violation of any parking rules, state, or local laws, may have their vehicle towed at the owner’s cost.
Keyfobs
Keyfobs are used in place of keys to access the Pool, Restrooms, and Clubhouse. Each unit is assigned one (1) keyfob.
If a keyfob is ever lost or stolen, please notify Lordon Management. Replacement keyfobs are $150.00.
Note: Keyfobs are for the use of the homeowner or tenant and remain the property of Annandale Townhouse Association. Keyfobs are not to be sold.
